Algae's Dev Process Daily


Task:

  1. Main Character
  2. Enemy 1
  3. Enemy 2
  4. Animation for each Character in four angles (Front, face Up, left, and right)
  5. The animations needed are walk, idle, attack, death, and revive.

Day 1

Character references and The start of the main character's body structure, style, and shape.

Day 2-3

The main Character front is done, now the rest follows

Day 3

The main character from four angles done.

Day 4

Started making animations from one of the angles, front. These animations are idle and walk.

Day 5

The animation for the main character is almost done, the only thing needed is an attack from face up and walk-up.

Day 6

Finish the Main character animations now converting it to an enemy and the other enemy variation is also started to this day and this one only needed to change weapons and animation style.

Day 7

The Conversion of the main character to the Enemy 1 is done and the Enemy 2 is at the phase for animation.

Animation for Enemy 2 is halfway done. Also started a bit of conversion for this type of enemy to the ally of the main character.

 Day 8

Animation Enemy 2 is done and it is almost done for the conversion for this enemy.

This day I set it up in unity to be coded. But many days back, about day 3 I was told to do a Boss model with animations. So this day I already have references gathered.I Will start as soon as the conversion is done.

Day 9

Created the Boss design, started making the Sprites. Will start making the animations for it.

The Conversion is done.

Day 10

Animations version one is done. Now set it up for the animation.

Day 11

Got feedback about the animation attack of the Boss, It needed to be tighter and closer. Which will be done by this day.

Day 12

The Animations tweak for the boss is done. Push it in and start setting the animation controller.

Day 13

The animation controller for the boss is on the way while the enemy 1 and 2 are ready for coding link up.

Day 14

The boss animation controller is ready for the code link-up. So I pushed it in the project
